Domestic & international shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Prices and estimated shipping times vary for different products.

Currently we use An Post to ship orders. If you need an item for a specific date please order in plenty of time in advance as we have no control on delivery once an item is shipped.

returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancellations where products are returned in their original condition complete with packaging and all components. You are responsible for return postage costs.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back to us within: 21 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase

We will refund you any payment you have made to us for the products excluding delivery charge. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

If you receive an item that is faulty please contact us by email at dochasdesigns@outlook.com with proof of damage and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You should outline what you purchased, when you purchased or an order number, and the reason you are returning the item.
